October is here, and Gymac is preparing for an exciting month filled with new classes, new spaces, workshops and competition goals. Here is a look back at our September highlights and everything coming up this month.

Ballet has officially joined the Gymac programme. We are delighted to welcome Coach Clara Thierry, who holds a Master’s degree in Dance Teaching and Coaching from the Zurich University of the Arts.

With her knowledge, experience and passion for movement, Coach Clara is excited to share the discipline, grace and creativity of ballet with our students.

As promised, our brand-new Baby Gym space is officially finished and ready! The new area has been prepared to offer our youngest members a welcoming place to move, explore and build confidence.

Preparation for the Gymac Cup 2026 has already begun! With the competition taking place in November, our athletes are now working steadily on their routines, technique, confidence and consistency.

Every training session is an opportunity to refine details, build strength and prepare to perform with focus and pride. We look forward to seeing our gymnasts bring their hard work and determination to the floor on 22 November 2026.

Join us for a special pole workshop hosted by Emilie. Whether you are discovering pole for the first time or revisiting the fundamentals, this workshop is designed to help you build confidence, technique and strength in a supportive environment.

Our popular Holiday Camp will be back this month! Children can look forward to gymnastics training, active games, creative activities and new friendships in a safe and engaging environment.
