* Participants are attached to an elastic band via a harness. This semi-weightlessness enables creative, playful posture sequences. The discipline combines dance, fitness, stretching and various physical re-appropriation movements. Jumps, flights, figures, dynamic upward pulls adjusted to weight, the body is reinvested in the overall management of its structure by the deep muscles. And above all, the work is so much fun that it’s almost unconscious!
PILATES
Pilates is a gentle and effective method of exercise, ideal for adults wishing to improve their core, posture and well-being. It helps reduce stress, prevent injury and improve body awareness. Based on controlled movements and precise breathing, Pilates strengthens deep muscles, improves flexibility and coordination. Our Pilates classes for adults, lead by qualified instructors, are suitable for all levels. Sessions include exercises on the floor and on specialized equipment, aimed at strengthening the core, improving balance and increasing flexibility .
