Parkour

Parkour involves moving efficiently and quickly from one point to another, using the obstacles around you. Parkour incorporates jumping, running, climbing and obstacle-riding techniques. There are two categories: Speed and Freestyle. In the speed event, athletes must clear obstacles to reach the finish line in the shortest time. In the Freestyle event, athletes use obstacles to showcase their style and creativity, while being judged on their technical performance.

Tricking

Tricking is a performing sport discipline derived from the martial arts. It is divided into three main components: kicking (from martial arts), floor acrobatics (from gymnastics) and acrobatic kicks (an acrobatic move including a kick). The principle is to link together several movements ("combo") from these three components in a fluid, rhythmic manner, while striving for a certain aesthetic appeal.
