Parents and Tots
Parents & tots is a physical activity specially designed for toddlers, from 18 months to 3 years, offering a unique opportunity to share a special moment with your child. Through playful exercises, parents and children discover the pleasure of movement together, strengthening their bond while stimulating the socialization of young participants.
Our classes, guided by qualified and attentive instructors, create a safe and fun environment where parents and children can explore together. Sessions include obstacle courses, work on motor development, coordination and balance, enabling everyone to develop and get exercise.
