Our Intermediate Gymnastics classes are designed for gymnasts who want to take their skills to the next level while keeping gymnastics fun and enjoyable. Sessions are structured to develop strength, flexibility, coordination and technical ability, with a greater focus on learning more advanced skills and combinations. Gymnasts train on a variety of apparatus, including floor, beam, uneven bars and vault, while working at their own pace and challenging themselves to achieve new goals. Although competition is not required, athletes are encouraged to develop a performance mindset, build confidence and reach their full potential. Perfect for gymnasts who want to progress further, challenge themselves and enjoy a more advanced level of recreational gymnastics.
